How to Request Data Deletion
4.1 Through Your Account
The easiest way to delete your data is through your account settings:

Go to "My Account" in the top navigation

Scroll down to "Delete Account" section

Click "Delete My Account" and confirm your choice
4.2 By Email Request
You can also request data deletion by emailing us directly:

If you signed up using Microsoft, Google, or Facebook:
You can still delete your data through our platform using the methods above
We will also revoke access to your third-party account
You may also need to revoke access in your third-party account settings

What Happens After Deletion
5.1 Immediate Actions
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will:
Immediately deactivate your account
Stop all data processing for your account
Remove your data from active systems
Send you a confirmation email
5.2 Permanent Deletion Timeline
Complete data deletion occurs within 30 days:

Account Deactivated
Account deactivated, data removed from active systems
8-30 days
Permanent Deletion
Data permanently deleted from all databases and backups

We will revoke OAuth permissions and delete stored data
We will revoke app permissions and delete stored data

Send a confirmation email to your registered address

Cancellation of Deletion Request
You can cancel your deletion request within 7 days of submitting it by contacting us at privacy@localbandslive.com. After 7 days, the deletion process cannot be reversed.

Delete your followed artists and venues
